Thank You Southern AIDS Coalition, Tarrant County HIV Initiative, Texas Black Women's Health Initiative, Fort Worth Association of Federated Women's Clubs, community volunteers, families and friends!

FWAFWC was the only organization in Texas designated by the Southern AIDS Coalition to make new panels for the AIDS Memorial Quit.  We brought Black women, girls and families together to design  16 panels for the quilt while raising awareness about this ongoing epidemic in our community.

Special thanks to Lonnetta Wilson of Tarrant County HIV Initiative for bringing this opportunity to us and FWAFWC member Minnie Gunter for your excellent coordinating skills.
